Ultraman Kaiju Remix Series Twin Tail Vinyl Figure 33 cm

Sideshow and ACRO present the next release in the Kaiju Remix Series: the Twin Tail vinyl figure, designed and sculpted by Sagata Kick.

“Twin Tail” joins the KAIJU REMIX SERIES as a pre-painted vinyl figure, featuring original sculpting and paintwork by Sagata Kick. Rows of ferocious teeth emerge from its seemingly placid, upward-looking expression. Covered from head to tail in tough armor and sharp spines, Sagata Kick’s distinctive sculpture has been faithfully recreated in flexible vinyl using ACRO’s U-Vinyl technology (molded and baked). “Twin Tail” is often remembered as prey, but this interpretation is anything but vulnerable. Its sleek, ferocious presence is beautiful from every angle and makes it look ready to strike at any moment. Discover Sagata Kick’s powerful interpretation of “Twin Tail” for yourself!

Sagata Kick’s comments on creating Twin Tail:
“This is my third project for the KAIJU REMIX SERIES. I am delighted to have been given another opportunity to sculpt one of my favorite kaiju. Twin Tail has a somewhat helpless image thanks to iconic moments such as it ‘tasting like shrimp when it is first born’ and being ‘Gudon’s food.’ However, I sculpted Twin Tail to express its strength, which is enough to give even Ultraman Jack trouble in a one-on-one fight. I believe Twin Tail’s appeal lies in the combination of its powerful kaiju features, such as its tough armor and sharp spines, its somewhat comical yet endearing expression, and, above all, the beautiful curves created by its low-slung head and upright tentacles.

I hope you enjoy this new ‘flavor’ of KAIJU REMIX while retaining the qualities that make the original so appealing.”
