Frequently asked questions
The scale tells you the size of the figure relative to the real character. A 1/4 is larger than a 1/6, and a 1/12 is the smallest of the three.
The exact height can vary depending on the character and its pose: two pieces of the same scale need not measure the same. Each product page shows that figure’s actual height.
A pre-order is a figure that is not yet available for immediate delivery and that you reserve before the manufacturer’s release.
The date shown on the product page is the manufacturer’s release date: when the piece reaches the market. It is not a shipping date.
The manufacturer announces a fixed number of units or a specific production period for that figure.
Once those units sell out, the availability of that run ends. If a piece has a limited run, the number appears on its product page.
Keep it away from direct sunlight, which fades the paintwork, and from heat sources, which can warp PVC and resin.
Remove dust with a soft brush or low-pressure air, never with cleaning products. And if the piece comes with a base, use it: it carries the weight at the point it was designed for.
