threezero is proud to celebrate the 40th anniversary of the absolutely incredible The Transformers: The Movie with our MDLX 1986 Movie Edition collectible articulated figure series!

This series features a lineup of characters from The Transformers: The Movie with paint schemes inspired by the cult animated film. The initial wave includes Optimus Prime, Bumblebee, and Megatron, each figure comes with an exclusive bio card illustrated by series artist Nobuyoshi Habara.

In this version, MDLX Optimus Prime (1986 Edition) includes an updated head with a new sculpt, and the backpack has also been repainted in a red finish to match the character's details in the movie.

The Transformers MDLX line has been redesigned by threezero art director Kelvin Sau. Standing approximately 7" (17.8 cm) tall, MDLX Optimus Prime (1986 Movie Edition) features a pressure-cast zinc alloy and engineering-grade plastic frame system. With approximately 48 points of articulation, it offers high articulation and exceptional structural durability.
