Ichibansho One Piece Crocus Figure

Crocus was the doctor of the legendary Roger Pirates crew. He is a calm, wise character with extensive medical experience who accompanied Gol D. Roger on his final journey toward the end
of the Grand Line. Crocus joined the Roger Pirates not so much out of ambition, but to help his captain, who was already ill and suffering from a terminal disease. Roger was determined to
complete his final voyage before it was too late, and Crocus agreed to join the crew as their doctor to prolong his life long enough to allow him to fulfill his dream.

After the dissolution of the Roger Pirates and Roger's execution, Crocus retired to work at Twin Cape, a location at the end of Reverse Mountain, at the entrance to the Grand Line. There
he lives caring for Laboon, a massive whale that had followed a pirate crew that promised to return one day. Crocus has become a sort of guardian and friend to Laboon,
helping him overcome his sadness and pain while they wait together for the return of those pirates, although Crocus knows it is unlikely they will return.

Crocus also serves as a guide for the pirates entering the Grand Line from Reverse Mountain and is one of the first characters Monkey D. Luffy and his crew meet at the beginning of their
adventure in this dangerous area. Despite his elderly appearance and carefree attitude, Crocus is highly capable and knows a great deal about the Grand Line and its dangers. Although he is a
supporting character, Crocus brings wisdom and also a nostalgic air to the story, serving as a direct link to the legacy and final days of the Roger Pirates.

His role in the story demonstrates the deep sense of loyalty and camaraderie that existed within Roger's crew, and reflects how every member of the Roger Pirates was valuable and unique, not only because of
their abilities, but because of their humanity and the special bond they shared with their captain.
