Clayface lunges forward with his massive living mud body, while Batman fights him with all his might. This statue reinterprets the alternate cover illustrated by DC Comics legend Jim Lee as a complete three-dimensional scene. The direct confrontation between the hero and the villain is captured in its entirety at 1/4 scale, standing over 80 cm tall. Clayface is sculpted to capture the fluid movement of mud. The stylized lines and shapes of the original illustration are translated into three dimensions, while the paint gives his surface a realistic wet-look finish. The countless faces emerging from all over his body, along with the LED glow from his eyes and mouth, further accentuate his unsettling presence. Batman has been recreated with the same attention to detail, from his desperate expression and the cloth-like texture of his suit to the Batarang embedded in the mud-themed base; every element has been carefully finished to convey its distinctive material quality. Additional display options are included for both characters. Batman comes with an interchangeable shouting head and a head stand, while Clayface includes interchangeable left hands shaped into a pickaxe and a hammer. The DX version expands the display possibilities with these additional pieces, allowing you to customize the scene to your liking. As an extra piece, an interchangeable Batman head equipped with a respirator is also included. This well-known gadget offers another display option.
